Shauna T. MacKinnon is Professor and Chair, Department of Urban and Inner City Studies, University of Winnipeg.

Urban and Inner City Studies is situated off-campus in the North End of Winnipeg.  It is a unique program with a diverse group of students from varied backgrounds and experiences.

Life on Selkirk Avenue is busier than ever.  In February 2018, Faculty, staff and students relocated to Merchants Corner. We were overflowing in our small temporary space in the basement of Makoonsag Intergenerational Learning Centre.
